The interior odor has become the most concerned quality problem for users for four consecutive years.
The survey results show that the most common faults (problems) mentioned by users in the past four years are: heavy interior odor, loud wind noise, loud engine noise, engine noise, difficulty in manual gear shifting, tire noise during driving Large, the fuel consumption is too high, the acceleration response is slow or weak, and the brakes have abnormal noise. User quality requirements for reliability are mainly seats, configuration and control equipment, air conditioning and transmission.
The data shows that in the past five years, the six major factors that users valued in choosing a car are: "high quality and reliability", "high safety", "good car performance", "brand awareness", "high comfort" and "good-looking model". When users finally decide to buy a new car, the most important factors are "high quality and reliability", "good car performance" and "good-looking model".
Since 2002, the China Association for Quality has organized and carried out the China Automotive Industry Customer Satisfaction (CACSI) evaluation for 17 consecutive years, and regularly releases the evaluation results to the society every year. The CACSI evaluation in 2018 is still dominated by sedans, including urban multi-purpose sports vehicles, business station wagons and other categories. The evaluation objects are 200 brand models with large sales in 2018, involving 50 automobile manufacturers and 60 automobiles across the country. brand.
